Keeping Music Alive is More Important Than Ever

With school music programs constantly being cut and technology rapidly increasing the output of industries, it is more important than ever for music programs to be alive. Music is proven to have positive effects on student’s learning ability and overall outcome in life. Studies show that schools with music programs have an estimated 90.2% graduation rate and 93.9% attendance rate compared to schools without music education, which average 72.9% graduation and 84.9% attendance. Children who study a musical instrument are more likely to excel in all of their studies, work better in teams, have enhanced critical thinking skills, stay in school, and pursue further education.

Music helps build a better tomorrow.

What We Do

Because access to music education is essential to who we are as a company, we offer an unlimited number of scholarships to students with focused placed on students from lower income and communities of color.

EACH ONE TEACH ONE

For every lesson booked, a portion of the proceeds is directly reallocated to providing scholarship funds for lessons to students who can’t afford them. Classical music lessons are highly expensive and studying music seriously requires investment during the early years of a child’s life. Scholarships help even the playing field for all students to have a quality education.

A CONCERT CAN CHANGE A LIFE

We realize that for many people, classical music was not introduced to them early in life and they feel excluded as a result. To change this, we work with Title I schools and offer a limited number of free concerts throughout the year to help introduce their students to the joys and sounds of classical music.

WE ARE NOT ALONE

Because access to quality music education is a global issue, we partner with local organizations in our various cities to ensure we make the largest impact possible. We are a movement alone but we are a force when we are together. Our partners make our mission of increasing access to music education possible.
